This song is gong to be my valentines day special.I have been listening to a new version of this song lately and I think its just brilliant.This song is composed by A.R.Rahman in the tamil movie Kadhalan directed by Shankar. The magnificent acting and dancing of Prabhu Deva along with  A. R.Rahmans music grandeur is the definitely the  highlight of this movie.The movie was a smasher hit in all the 4 South Indian states and was eventually dubbed in Hindi and Telugu on public demand. The lyrics of this song written by lyricist Vaali emphasis on the concept of love at first sight as Prabhu Deva falls head over heels in love with Nagma the moment he sees her running through the aisle.She pulls his attention unintentionally through the clinging sounds of her anklets(I hope you get the context of the anklet in the song now).I dont really believe in love at first sight but I have heard of some great love at first sight stories which includes the story of my mom and dad.Everyone back in my dads home, say that my dad knew my mom was the one,the moment he saw her and well rest is all history.

This movie has 9 awesome songs and I will be translating some of them later.

The original song sang by Unnikrishnan. The background music is what kills the song esp the violin music.

This is my fav version of Ennavale sang by Arvind Venugopal (Venugopal's son).Arvind does complete justice to the song tho I personally feel he could have brought more emotions with some facial expressions.Just to mention,the flutist is a genius!
